Oluwatobi Fatimilehin

Tobi is a finance professional with over 11 years experience during which he advised a diverse range of clients on mergers and acquisitions, financial/corporate restructuring, and capital raises in local and cross-border deals. 
He began his career in consulting at one of the leading consulting firms, PricewaterhouseCoopers. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, he developed a unique understanding of clients’ needs through working on several strategic and management consulting mandates. He moved to FBN Capital, a leading Nigerian investment bank, where he led many landmark transactions in Nigeria and West Africa across various sectors including financial services, real estate, and infrastructure. At FBN Capital, he advised on M&A transactions valued at over $500 million. 
He went on to join the Family Homes Funds, a social housing financier, where he led the investment team financing and managing the construction of 16,000 housing units with a gross development value of more than $200 million across 9 states in Nigeria. 
His areas of expertise include investment appraisal, financial due diligence and modelling, business valuation, transaction structuring, financial analysis, and transaction management.
Tobi holds a BEng Electronic Engineering and MSc. Advanced Electronic Engineering from the University of Warwick. He is a CFA Charterholder.
